Annual Dues provide the funding to maintain our irrigation system, support the annual picnic, do maintenance around our subdivision and publish the website and newsletters.  Please do your part by paying on time.

 

LATE FEES

 

A late fee of $10.00 per month will be assessed on all unpaid dues on the first day of each month starting June 1st (so you'll owe $160 on 6/1, $170 on 7/1, and so on).  Per the By-Laws, any unpaid dues will be recovered via a priority lien on the subject property.
