Governing Documents

Proposed Governing Document Updates

Northridge Estates HOA is proposing updates to our three main governing documents: Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, and Declaration of Covenants. Voting will take place by mail-in ballot starting in January 2026.

 

During November and December, we’re asking all homeowners to review the proposed amendments and share any questions, input, or suggestions with the HOA.

 

These updates are intended to:

  • Bring our documents into compliance with current Colorado HOA laws

  • Remove outdated or obsolete provisions

  • Reflect our community’s current standards and practices

Trading Cards

These are filed with the state, and explain how we function as an organization. 

Digital Contract

The rules and guidelines established by an HOA that outline what homeowners can and cannot do with their property to maintain the community’s appearance, standards, and property values, as well as the responsibilities of the HOA to serve the community.

Meeting Room Business

The document that explains how the HOA will function: Membership, Meetings, Board Duties, etc.
