Irrigation Services within Northridge Estates
Northridge Estates HOA provides irrigation water service to all 96 homes in the community. The HOA is responsible for maintaining the main irrigation lines and the primary shut-off valves located at each residence. Homeowners are responsible for the maintenance and operation of their individual irrigation systems and pumps beyond the main shut-off. Due to the significant elevation drop along Northridge Drive and Cloverdale Court, gravity can impact water pressure—particularly for homes at the top of the hill along Music Lane. To help ensure consistent water pressure for these homes, we ask that residents on the south side of the subdivision follow a coordinated irrigation watering schedule. A suggested schedule for this area is provided below.
